I work with emerging and senior leaders navigating critical transitions—stepping into bigger strategic roles, moving across cultures and markets, or making significant career shifts. If you're a high performer whose feedback doesn't match your self-image, we should talk.

Leadership Transition CoachingYou've been promoted (or want to be) into a bigger role. More strategic. More visible. But nobody's showing you how to actually make the identity shift required at this level.I help leaders navigate these transitions—whether you're:
* Stepping into your first strategic role and struggling with the ambiguity
* Leading across cultures where your communication style doesn't translate
* Getting perception feedback that surprises you
* Feeling isolated at a level where you're expected to "just know"
* Moving countries and rebuilding your professional identity
* Ready for promotion but unsure how to position yourself for that next level
* Aspiring to senior leadership and need to shift how you show upHow I WorkI've supported top Fortune 500 companies through major transitions across three continents. I've managed multi-cultural teams across EMEA and helped my teams grow into new roles while developing strategic thinking. Now I combine that grounded experience with ICF coaching methodology.I ask the questions you're not asking yourself. I challenge assumptions. I help you see patterns you're missing.Working TogetherIndividual coaching (in-person in Prague or online internationally) and organizational partnerships for leadership development programs.Currently accepting new clients.
Casey PhelpsI'm from the US, but spent a year in Germany at 16—an experience that shaped everything that followed, including a 20-year career in global mobility where I started at the bottom and worked my way up to SVP. Along the way I've supported recruiters, managed partner suppliers, been an account manager and led operational teams to be best in class. As a regional leader I've had to learn how to think strategically with support from great local teams when timezones prevented clear direction from headquarters. The leaders I worked with weren't struggling with logistics. They were struggling with identity shifts. Promoted into bigger roles without the support to make the leap. High performers getting feedback that didn't match their self-image. People who knew how to execute but not how to think strategically.Twenty years in that industry taught me something unexpected: the hardest transitions aren't just about changing countries—they're about changing who you are as a leader in every role at every company and in every country. That's what I coach now.I'm completing my Diploma in Coaching and Mentorship through Kingstown College in Ireland (finishing May 2026), after which I'll pursue accreditation through ICF and EMCC. I'm building Casey Co., a leadership and transition coaching practice based in Prague. I coach in English, work with individual leaders and organizational partners, and bring cross-cultural expertise plus practical AI integration to the work. When I'm not coaching, you'll find me at a concert or festival, reading on my couch with my two cats, experimenting with AI tools, or planning my next trip.
